About this paper

Causes of China 's terrorism include religious cause，Minzu cause and cultural cause. Effective intelligence counterterrorism requires China＇s legislation of intelligence counterterrorism，building information sharing environment of national counterterrorism，and enhancing the soft power of intelligence counterterrorism. Improving the level of China＇s intelligence counterterrorism，we need to establish a correct concept of intelligence counterterrorism，clear reform principles and focus of intelligence counterterrorism，and take appropriate reform measures of intelligence counterterrorism.
